Sonik Drive Nigeria Limited is based in Abuja, FCT, Nigeria — the launch city and home of the pilot electric fleet.

A note on expectations: Sonik Drive is pre-launch, so there is no 24/7 support desk yet. Messages are answered by the team building the platform, which in practice means a considered reply rather than an instant one.
